How You Can Help

The Lompico Watershed Conservancy is a charitable non-profit corporation.  All donations are tax deductible. 

We are an all-volunteer organization governed by a board of directors. 

The Conservancy receives occasional grants for specific projects.  Personal private donations are also very important to the continuation of our work.

Volunteer work can be difficult to sustain and we rely on the continued involvement of our friends.  Volunteers who do not happen to be members of our board have been of great assistance to the Conservancy on a number of projects.  These have included public relations help, fund raising events, website work and technology, attending agency meetings and hearings, and physical work with stream monitoring and other field-work.  The Conservancy has evolved over the years and will continue to change.

If you are interested in what we do, please contact us.  We take on projects that sometimes reach far beyond Lompico Canyon and there are always ways to help.
